EI Paso's Federal Credit Union

Dear Member:

The National Credit Union Administration Board placed El Paso's Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) into involuntary liquidation on September 28, 2012, and appointed itself as Liquidating Agent. The National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) insures each member account up to $250,000 and certain retirement accounts up to $250,000.

As part ofthe liquidation process, your account was transferred to El Paso Area Teachers Federal Credit Union of El Paso, Texas. El Paso Area Teachers FCU will be contacting you regarding your account. This letter provides you with additional information regarding the payment of your share balances.

Payment of Share Draft (Checking) Accounts
Your checks from El Paso's FCU will not be processed after October 11, 2012. You will need to stop using checks from El Paso's FCU and order checks through El Paso Area Teachers FCU as soon as possible.

ACH Debits/Payments & ACH CreditsDeposits
ACH (automatic) payments and deposits will stop on October 11, 2012. You will need to change all automatic payments and deposits, including payroll deduction and Social Security payments, to your El Paso Area Teachers FCU account immediately.

Card Services
All debit cards and ATM cards related to your El Paso's FCU account will be discontinued on October 11, 2012. Contact El Paso Area Teachers FCU for information on debit and ATM cards.

Share Insurance Period
Your share account is insured by the National Credit Union Administration to a maximum of $250,000 and certain retirement accounts to a maximum of $250,000 for a period of 18 months from September 28, 2012. If you have multiple accounts, it is possible that more than one account will qualify for separate insurance coverage. A determination of increased insurance coverage is governed by regulations and will depend on the nature and types of accounts you own.

Direct Deposit Activities
If you have Social Security benefit payments, SSI payments, or any other deposits sent to the El Paso's FCU, it is very important that you redirect these deposits to El Paso Area Teachers FCU or another financial institution immediately. To expedite the redirection ofyour Social Security payments, please visit http://www.ssa.gov/deposit/howtosign.htm or call 1-800-772-1213.

Loans
If you had a loan with El Paso's FCU, your loan is now with El Paso Area Teachers FCU. Your payments will now be made to them. You will be receiving information on your account from El Paso Area Teachers FCU.
