Vice-President of Marketing

Location:  12020 Rojas Dr., El Paso, TX 79936

Shift:  Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays

Description:  Responsible for coordinating and directing marketing, advertising, social media, and business development functions and for the formulation, development, and implementation of Credit Union marketing goals and objectives. Participates in the inception and development of new services and products based on perceived member needs. Organizes and directs the Marketing Department and ensures that marketing, advertising, social media, and business development projects are well coordinated and complement the strategic objectives of the Credit Union. Develops policies, procedures, and programs to ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising & business development operations. Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate personnel and ensures that all promotional activities are performed professionally.

Requirements:  EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelors degree required preferably in related field or bachelors degree with equivalent experience in related field. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Thorough understanding of Credit Union products and services.Strong background in financial marketing, advertising, social media, promotion, and business development techniques.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Seven to ten years of related progressive experience, preferably in a financial environment. SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities. Strong project management skills. Strong understanding of Marketing. Solid leadership abilities. Organizational and analytical skills.

Salary: $74,146.80- $100,000.00

Collections Supervisor

Location:  12020 Rojas Dr., El Paso, TX 79936

Shift:  8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. M-F, Some Saturdays

Description:  Responsible for assisting with the administrative and supervisory responsibilities of the Collections Department. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Assists in coordinating and facilitating work flow. Oversees and assists with Collections' functions and resolution of problem or delinquent accounts. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Assists in training and supervising personnel and acts as Collections Manager in the Manager's absence. Performs miscellaneous Collections' functions and acts as a Collector as required.

Requirements:  EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Minimum of 45 college credit hours.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Thorough understanding of loan, credit, and collections policies and procedures. Understanding of collections’ methods, policies, procedures, and legal requirements. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two to three years as a Collections Officer. SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to assist and direct others. Good communication abilities. Able to work well in stressful situations. Well organized. Able to use computer, calculator, telephone, and other basic business equipment.

Salary: $16.66- $20.82 per hour
