The building features environmentally friendly LED light fixtures, sun control features on the exterior and interior, recycled content to reduce the environmental impact and landscaping to minimize water consumption. The construction of the TFCU Operations Center had a large impact on the local economy. The year-long construction project utilized more than 50 local construction companies, suppliers, and vendors, including over 150 local trade workers. Nearly 90% of the project costs were reinvested in firms from the El Paso area. TFCU continues to grow thanks to our members, local leaders and community. Thank you!
