COVID-19 Important Update

At TFCU, one of our priorities is to provide premier financial services in a safe environment through various delivery channels. TFCU Executive Management and Board of Directors have been monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-2019) from the beginning. We have a Response Team in place to ensure the safety and health of our staff and members while still providing you with the highest levels of service.  

Important Notice Regarding Branch Operations:

For the well-being of our members and staff and to limit the spreading of COVID-19 in our community, TFCU will be temporarily closing all its branch lobbies beginning Monday, March 23 until further notice.

At this time, all branch drive-thrus will remain open Mondays thru Fridays from 9:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 12:30pm. All services that you would normally do at a branch are available through our drive thru.

  • Use our Mobile App to make check deposits to your account. Available 24/7

To Make a Cash Withdrawal:

To Make a Wire Transfer or Request a Cashier’s Check:

To Access your Safe Deposit Box:

To Request a Debit Card Replacement:

For distributions or contributions to your IRA Plan

You can request distributions or submit contributions to your IRA Plan from the comfort of your home by logging into Retirement Central, our online portal for all your IRA needs. 

  • Click here to access Retirement Central.
  • Click on “Manage my Account” on the left hand menu.
  • Click on “Contribute to an existing account” or “Withdraw from an existing account”

Skip a Payment Program*:
This service allows you to skip a loan payment on your eligible auto or personal loan with TFCU. 

It’s easy to sign up for Skip-A-Pay:

  • Log on to your TFCU Online Banking Account. To register for your online banking account, click here.
  • Click on “All Services”
  • Select “Skip-A-Pay” and agree to the terms

*As part of our COVID-19 response efforts, TFCU will waive the $30 fee. Some restrictions may apply. Your Skip-A-Pay request must be submitted at least five business days before your scheduled payment.
