Internal Upgrade of our Credit Card Processing System

This message is to notify you that we will be conducting an internal upgrade of our credit card processing system beginning Thursday, March 17, 2022, at 7:00 pm CT. Due to this internal upgrade, TFCU Credit Cardholders will not have access to make a payment until the upgrade is complete on Monday, March 21, 2022. Please note that this internal upgrade will also affect Card Valet and the display of your card(s) information beginning Sunday, March 20, 2022.

In branch payments for credit cards will be placed on hold from March 17, 2022, to March 19, 2022, and will resume on Monday, March 21, 2022. TFCU Credit Cardholders require no personal action. The portal for accessing any credit card information within Online Banking will have a new design, but your login information will remain unchanged.
